This will be hard to hear for many of you, but...
Alcohol is really a poison to your body! If you are trying to loose weight or want to build muscle, stop ruining your efforts by ordering another drink.
Alcohol has many negative effects on muscle building not to mention whacking on a hiep of empty calories without filling you up. Often a night out boozing ends up with graving some greasy food. How many times did you stop by KFC, Pizza Hut or Mc Donalds on the way home? Even if you combine your beverage with a healthy meal instead of chips, your liver will be busy trying to process the alcohol which interferes with the absorption of many nutrients and vitamins.
My Tip: Have another think before you go down to the pub.
