Calories -Fast Food



Hi all back again with more outstanding calorie dense foods. This week its fast food's turn. We all know there not going to score well but some might not realise just how bad they can be. This is an example of

Double Quarter Powder - 860 Calories
Mc Value meal - Big Mac, Large fries, large coke - 1155 Calories
Mc Oz meals - 1015 Calories
Hotcakes - 660 Calories
Big Breakfast - 500 Calories
Deli Choices
Chicken Caesar roll - 610 Calories
Chicken Parmigiana roll - 630 Calories
Sweet Chilli Chicken roll - 605 Calories
Thai Chicken roll - 400 Calories

Hungry Jacks 
Whopper with cheese- 745 Calories
Bacon Deluxe - 700 Calories
Double beef whopper with cheese - 990 Calories
Aussie Burger - 645 Calories
Baguette Chicken - 660 Calories

KFC
5 Pieces - 1035 Calories
Chicken dinner box - 920 Calories

Subway
Meatball sub - 480 Calories
Spicy Italian - 495 Calories
Chicken wrap - 450 Calories

So they all are to be avoided even the deli choices aren't a good choice - pardon the pun. Also the much publicised Subway has some very high calorie subs.
