Horror movie right there on my TV
I was watching late night TV or well should I say early morning TV as I am a grandpa that never stays up passed 9.30pm. So I will rephrase that I was watching early morning TV and one those adds came on about some new AB machine. You know the one's with all these paid fit people who have never seen let alone used the machine endorsing it as the best thing since sliced bread. I laughed to myself and thought who still buys that crap. Then I thought well someone does or else there would be no more annoying adds. So people obviously do then I felt sorry for all those people getting ripped off so I thought lets put a stop to it by the only way I know how - writing a blog about it. So here goes.
Sorry guys there is no magic machine that will do all the work for you in 10 minutes a day while you watch TV. Its all marketing and the actors should be ashamed of themselves putting there name to something that doesn't work. No there are no gimmicks, no magic pills to take its just hard work.
Every dedicated fitness person knows this but there are obviously many who don't. So if your one of those people who have bought an AB cruncher 3000 from danoz direct don't fret there are many of you and lets face it we have all been ripped off before I know I have many times. Pretty much every time I travel overseas I must have a sign on my head as an easy target for every con man in town. So don't make the same mistake over and over. To help I am going to debunking myths and old wives tales of heath and fitness over the next few weeks starting from today don't buy AB machines of late night TV they don't work if they did they would be at your local gym wouldn't they. But i have never seen these machines anywhere but on TV where they can promise the world and deliver nothing.
So turn off the TV and get a good nights sleep that will be a million times better for you and doesn't cost anything.
