To Pill or not to Pill
Look at that burger up there full of pills. It seams everyone's these days is telling us the only way to get big or to gain results is with supplements. Soon we will only eat pills and supplements and no real food. No wonder we have new degenerative disease popping everyday. like new forms of cancer, diabetes and food allergies that never existed 50 years ago before we lost touch with farming and real food. Our bodies are not designed to take supplements and pills our livers and kidneys don't handle it well. Our bodies can't readily use it as fast as food and its synthetic food not real food which is bad for us.
If you want some protein don't have a shake have a steak or some fish, chicken, eggs or for the vegans out there some nuts, beans or legumes.
If you want omega 3 don't have fish oil have some fish, nuts or avocado.
If you want some iron don't take iron tablets have some spinach, kale, tuna, salmon or red meat
If you want some magnesium don't take a pill have some spinach, pumpkin, tofu,beans or nuts.
Don't take Vitamin D get some sunlight or fish, eggs, beef or tuna.
The only exceptions are for vegans wanting vitamin B12 because its only in fish, meat, chicken, eggs or milk products. So if you are a vegan then you can get B12. But for everyone else eat proper food there is nothing you can get from a pill that's not in food already so go directly to the source don't be lazy cook, prepare shop at markets and spend time in the fresh produce section. Your liver, kidney and whole body will thank you for it.
