Find your 30

Find your 30 or cut your sitting and sleeping time down to 23.5 per day.


We have all heard of the find your 30 campaign. If you haven't its a call to all Australians to find 30 minutes a day for exercise. Find something you like doing be it Tennis, walking, running, bootcamp, gym, soccer, footy, rowing, rock climbing or any other physical activity and do it for 30 minutes a day. Great idea well needed in our obese and overweight society. But as we become fatter and fatter every year unfortunately the message isn't getting through. So maybe it should be worded as cut your sitting and sleeping time down to 23.5 hours a day. So instead of spending the whole 24 hours of a day either sitting in a car to and from work or sitting at work or sleeping or sitting on the couch just get up of the couch for 30 minutes a day to do some form of exercise. That doesn't sound too much to ask doesn't it. So have you found your 30 today?
