Sugar the love affair is over
Who is going to join me on this mission.
The rules are from today 1/5/14 on no more sugar is to be eaten at all. The only sugar you can consume is less than 10% if its in a sauce, soup, yoghurt or anything else they try to sneak sugar, fructose, sucrose, high fructose corn syrup or any other name given to sugar. Fruit is of course fine nothing wrong with the small amount of fructose given to us by mother nature in fruit as long as its eaten as a whole no peeling and definitely no juicing.
