Exercise builds bones marrow making your bones stronger and more resilient to osteoporosis. You make a whole new skeleton every 10 years or so so what you have or haven't been doing in the last 10 years effects how strong the new skeleton will be. So eat well plenty of calcuim and exercise daily to build strong and healthy bones.
