Exercise is great for your sex life

It has been said before that the brain is the most important sexual organ. This is because stressed, depressed or anxious people are usually unable to enjoy a healthy sex life. Also people with a bad body image often avoid sex or are unable to enjoy it. 
People who exercise psychologically feel better about themselves are more inclined toward sex. Being fit improves libido, blood circulation and sexual functioning. So what better reason to exercise is there than that need I say more.
