Number 3 Exercise is great for Arthritis
Exercise builds muscle strength and aerobic capacity which improves the ability to perform everyday tasks. This is the finding of a study of 300 Rheumatoid Arthritis patients over two years. There were two groups one group exercised regularly the other did traditional treatment including physio and the exercising group faired much better being more mobile and able to perform more tasks. But im not telling you anything new its just the old use it or lose it theory.
