Misconceptions of training - 1. Supplements are necessary to make gains

Misconceptions of training - #1. Supplements are necessary to make gains

Here is something you wont hear everyday that supplements are not only not needed but are bad for you. There is a lot of money in and to be made in the supplement market so most fitness people forget everything they have learned in every nutritional course they have ever done because they can make some money promoting supplements to there clients. Which is unscrupulous and wrong. You won't hear that here.

The human body is not designed to take powers and pills instead of food. We not only don't need supplements they are bad for us and could be killing you. So if you are taking them then stop. You don't need it we have lived for thousands of years without them why do we need them now. The answer is we don't they cause caner and many other degenerative diseases and don't help anyway.

You are much better to eat whole foods. Vegetables, fruit, fish, lean meats, beans, nuts and legumes This whole industry is there too make money so it will spend millions on advertising to tell you you need supplements. But the truth is that they are chemicals just like drugs if you are taking them its the same as the model who sticks her fingers down her throat to make herself vomit up her dinner or the actor who snorts cocaine to stay thin for his next role. These are seen as bad way to stay thin well so are supplements.

My advise to you is stop the supplements go to a farmers market and buy fresh whole foods, train hard and sleep well. Take the holistic approach to health and fitness respect your body only put in healthy foods and live a long healthy life.
