Spring into training



Woo hoo! Spring is here its been a long cold winter but now its time to enjoy the warmer and longer days of spring. Spring is the best time of the year in my book its warm but not too hot to train or sleep at night. If you have been hibernating all winter as most do its time to dust off your snickers and get out into the great outdoors and get training. If you are one of the few who trained through winter then a pat on the back for you well done you are ahead of the pack. But don't worry you polar bears out there its never too late to start no excuses anymore lets get out there and make Australia the fittest not the fattest country in the world!
