Holding the TRX handles lower your body into a squat. At first only go as low as you feel comfortable in time you can lower til 45 degrees then til your glutes touch your calf. Try to use as little force with your arm and as much as possible with your leg muscles until you progress to the stage of not needing the TRX to hold any longer.
