How to muscle up
Muscle ups the hardest move I have ever achieved. Mind you human flag and a couple of similar moves are harder but i cant do them yet. I will write back when i have in 2020 mind you. No hopefully not that long but im a fair way off and its a slow progression but i wont give up and one day i will achieve my goal. That's the way you should look at it if you can't do something today then try and try til you can achieve it. It will help keep you motivated. I know muscle ups keep me going for years. My forearms were very weak so to build them up no more reverse chin ups only palms forward from now one. Keep trying to lift yourself higher and higher on the bar. First learn to chin up then chest to bar then higher til eventually your stomach touches the bar. At this stage you are now ready to do your first muscle up.
