At least 35% of all cancers are related to obesity and lack of activity. Exercise speeds up the passage of food through the colon giving less time for toxins to be in contact with the body. People who don't exercise and are overweight have more insulin which promotes the growth of tumours. For women exercise reduces the amount of oestrogen which is linked to breast cancer. There are countless amounts of studies linking healthy diet and exercise to the recovery from or absence of cancer. So if you want to live a full long life eat right and exercise daily.
