If you were like me you have had a busy month trying to watch all the games of the world cup. Its been great but now its over its time to get our lives back on track and get back into training. I know personally I found my training slip a little in the last month but now is the time to get back into it. Its only six weeks to spring and if your in Queensland spring weather starts in August. So there is no time to waste. So if you have spent too much time on the couch eating, sitting and getting out of shape like me its time to take back our lives. Lets get out and train everyday until spring. Go to the gym, swim, ride, row, run ,play tennis, get to bootcamp or all of the above. Its time to get our summer body's ready now.
