Calculate your Body Mass Index

Calculate your Body Mass Index

The Body Mass Index (BMI) is used to estimate the body fat percentage. It is defined as the individual's body weight divided by the square of his or her height.

BMI = Weight (Kg)/Height2 (Metres2)

Use the calculator on the top right to calculate your BMI!

This measurement is not very accurate as it doesn't consider the age or properties of special groups as body builders, elderly people, pregnant women, children, or people with physical disabilities. However it is a useful tool to estimate a healthy body weight (BMI between 20 and 25).
