Today I want to introduce you to one of the exercises you can do at home or outdoors. Just find yourself a step and do as follows.
Step ups
• Start with both feet on the ground facing step.• Step up first with left leg onto the step then right leg lifting it up,
raising your knee to 90 degrees at the top of the step.
• Then step down with the right leg first till both feet are on the ground again.
• Repeat now with right leg stepping up first and vice versa.
Damn look at those muscles. That is the kind of body that I want. Not so big muscles but definitely ripped.
