The Dietary Principles
Hi guys time for a new instalment of Dietary principle today its Portion control. Now how big is the correct portion size for me I hear you ask well your stomach is similar to the size of your palm or fist so you can use this as your guide to how much food to eat every meal. Never eat anything bigger than this and you will lose weight.
The trick is knowing when to stop so only ever put out a palm or fist size portion on your plate and once your finished your finished - no second helpings! This way u wont stretch your stomach will shrink and after two weeks you wont want to eat any more than your palm sized portion because you will be full. I wont lie the first two weeks will be hard you will still be a little bit hungry after meals especially the first few meals but by the end of the first week your stomach will have adjusted and it will become easy.
Then the next trick is to not fall of the wagon not even Xmas lunch or a sizzler all u can eat meal. You can still have your cheat day once a week and your - chocolates, ice cream etc once a week but only have the palm sized serving. So if you have desserts then no main meal and if your eating at a restaurant share a meal or leave some on your plate because restaurant servings are always bigger than anyone's palm. You dont want to undue all you good work in one day of excess.
