Exercise counters stress,depression and anxiety so well that it has now doctors are prescribing it to cure their clients with depression. This is because physical activity sets of neurotransmitters in the brain that improve a persons mood and self esteem by increasing dopamine and serotonin. That's why you feel so good after training. As these hormones are taped into day by day they become stronger and stronger making you feel good all the time. That's why the happiest people i know are the ones who train regularly. That exercise high gets so addictive that I cant go a day without exercise. So get out there and get your daily fix today.
