Exercise increases your VO2 max which is the volume of oxygen uptake into the lungs. So the better your VO2 max the less server your asthma will be and the less likely you will be to need your puffer. But everyone can gain from having a higher VO2 max this means you will be able to run raster for longer and train harder than ever. The good thing about VO2 max and exercise is that the more you do the better it becomes. So get out of bed and start carving up the pavement.
