This means you will get full value from your food instead of nutrients being passed through the body your absorption and uptake of nutrients is greatly increased by regular exercise.
Lets be honest about it the only purpose of eating is to gain nutrients from food. So there is no point passing them out through your urine or stool before the body has had a chance to adsorb them so you want to do what you can to improve your nutrient absorption.
